Editing a generated headshot spends edit credits. They are separate from the team credits that pay for generating headshots in the first place — see Credits for those.
Every project comes with an allowance set by its plan:
| Plan | Edit credits |
|---|---|
| Basic | 5 |
| Premium | 10 |
| Enterprise | 20 |
The allowance belongs to the project, not the account, so a second project starts with its own.
Most tools cost one credit. Three cost more:
| Tool | Credits |
|---|---|
| Smart Edit | 3 |
| Logo on Shirt | 2 |
| Fix Flyaways | 2 |
| Background, Remove Background, Clothing, Expand, Upscale, Grayscale, Retouch | 1 each |
Two balances can pay for an edit, and they are used in a fixed order:
So an account balance carries a project past its included allowance without you having to do anything: the switch happens automatically when the project credits reach zero.
If an edit fails, its credits are put back. You are only charged for edits that produce an image, so a failure costs you nothing but time.
When a project's allowance runs out, Add Credits on the results page tops up your account balance. Two packages are offered:
| Package | Credits | Suited to |
|---|---|---|
| Small Package | 50 | "Perfect for a few quick edits" |
| Medium Package | 150 | "Great value for regular editing" |
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Afterwards you land on a verification screen showing Verifying payment…, then Payment verified!, with Go to Dashboard to continue. The credits are on your account as soon as verification completes.
The results page toolbar carries Add Credits alongside the Tools and Download menus, so the balance is reachable from the screen where you spend it. If a tool will not run, an exhausted balance is the first thing to check.
